WINTER’S RETURN RETURNS! - Online again for our 2021 season

As we approach the end of 2021, we bring you music across the ages from around the world,
played on a vast array of exotic instruments. Hurdy gurdies and harps rub shoulders with citterns and
bouzoukis, hammered dulcimers and even the odd guitar or two.

This fun-packed show, featuring William Pint, Felicia Dale, Mike Freeman and Tania Opland,
promises to enthrall and entertain you, all with the added spice of a potential technological disaster
as we navigate the wonders of online broadcasting together,
since the band members will be in two studios 1500 miles apart.
Quite literally anything can happen, and probably will. Don’t miss it.

~~ 2021 schedule: ~~

SATURDAY DECEMBER 4, 7:30 pm Pacific Time
After the surprising (to us!) technical success of our “double duos” shared live stream concert in September, we are going to run with that format and use it as the first of two very different Winter’s Return Online Concerts this year. We’re even taking the technology a step farther - this time our audience will join us in cyberspace, logged in to a virtual room with us (probably Zoom? Details will follow). Duets from our two studios, 1500 miles apart, will be interwoven with virtual performances by the full ensemble.
Presented by Three Rivers Folklife Society.

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2 pm Pacific Time: Returning to YouTube for a full concert of virtual performances, somewhat along the lines of our Winter’s Return 2020 concert.
