The vertical stabilizer
of the Fairchilds stood above the horizontal stabilizer on 2 posts,
the forward of which passed through a cutout in the horiz. stab.
You could just mount it on wire pins alone, but I haven't tried
that yet and the parts are designed to represent the general arrangement.
Cutting this out involves a few steps...
